It is nice property lake view is gorgeous due to off season breakfast was not with much variety but worth to stay but in room dining is excellent

Total ac system is under breakdown during 2 days of our stay. It was very hot. Hotel staff didn’t inform us about it till last moment. And wrong information passed on to us whenever asked

Property was good location is good, but hospitality is very poor ac was not working from 2 nights, and staff is giving false statements, service is very poor. Food buffet was not available whatever we asked good was not available. Overall was bad experience.

Even paying such high tarrif. No ac was working. Check in delayed by 40 minutes. We were waiting at reception only. Cleaning part is ok but not so much good.

Perfect location with lake side view. The staff is good and supportive. Rooms are spacious lake view rooms. Food is not up to the mark and breakfast buffet has a limited option. They should definitely work on the food part.

The property is poorly maintained and you will see cost cutting all around. Be it water, electricity or breakfast. There were no eggs on one day as they were short of funds, items were stale. Even tomato ketchup was not of tomato. The breads and sambhar were stale. No staff, only one person managing breakfast. Reception, no one picked up phone. Very bad experience. Dharamashaalas are better

Buffet is not available in the hotel and food was below average level. They do not provide enough food services as must be given in a 4 star hotel. Staff service is also very poor. They do not listen and the behaviour was also rude. Telephone was also not working and they even do not provide extra beds even they said to do so.

There was an excellent mountain and lake view from the room balcony. One can spend hours and enjoy the beautiful nature from here. The service was good and staff was cordial. However the food quality needs improvement.
